Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on https://glossria.com:

Credit and Debit Cards

  • We accept major cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

  • Card payments are processed securely through our payment service provider.

  • You will see the available card logos in our website footer and at checkout.

PayPal

  • You can pay with your PayPal account.

  • In some regions, PayPal also allows guest checkout by card without creating a PayPal account (if available in your country).

Shop Pay (only if visible at checkout)

  • When enabled, Shop Pay offers a fast checkout experience.

  • You can save your shipping and billing details for future orders.

Digital Wallets (only if visible at checkout)
If activated in your region and supported by your device, you may also see options such as:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

If a payment method does not appear at checkout, it is not available for your order.

2. Currency and Charges

  • All prices on our website are shown in US dollars (USD).

  • The amount charged to your card or PayPal account will also be in US dollars (USD).

If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, it may:

  • Convert the payment amount using its own exchange rate, and

  • Charge additional conversion or international transaction fees.

These fees are not charged by JUANDARIUS LLC and are outside of our control.

3. No Additional Payment Fees

  • We do not add extra handling or processing fees based on the payment method you choose.

  • The amount you see at checkout (plus any applicable taxes, shipping costs and clearly disclosed import duties) is the amount we charge.

  • We do not add surcharges for using credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other supported method.

4. Security of Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.

  • Our checkout is hosted and powered by Shopify and, where applicable, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and third-party providers such as PayPal.

  • We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment data during transmission.

  • We do not store full credit card numbers or security codes on our servers. These are handled directly by the payment processors.

5. Payment Authorization and Timing

By submitting your payment information at checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

When you are charged

  • Credit / Debit Cards & Digital Wallets
    Your payment method is charged immediately when you place your order. This secures your items and allows us to start processing your shipment.

  • PayPal
    Your PayPal account is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

How the charge appears on your statement

  • On most bank or card statements, your transaction will appear as:
    “SP * Glossria”
    or a similar description, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Fraud and authorization checks

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a payment is:

  • Declined,

  • Flagged as potentially fraudulent, or

  • Suspected to be unauthorized.

In such cases, we may request additional verification to protect both you and our store from fraud.
